Ardha Bhunajangasana

The Shadow Yoga website has a wealth of resources:

  • Info on purchasing their Books, including free downloads; Yoga for Women & articles by Sundernath, and for a nominal price the excellent Seasonal Mandala E-book.
  • Sequence Sheets, where you can download a copy of the different Shadow Yoga Preludes (as in book), this download is a handy format for printing and self study.
  • Info about their useful Apps
  • Under course tab, you can find their in person and online offerings in particular I recommend the Practical application: Partial instruction which has two courses -The Laya Krama and Shadow Yoga Preludes which is a good companion for most of what I teach and also where the practice can go.
