
Yoga with Martina Götz
Martina has practised and taught yoga for many years. Her accessible approach supports and encourages students to find their own innate wisdom within.

She teaches regular weekly public yoga classes, at Breathing Space Yoga Group in Newmarket, Auckland, offers private yoga tuition and hosts workshops.

Weekly classes
Stillness in Movement offers regular weekly public yoga classes at The Breathing Space Yoga Group, a peaceful, boutique studio in Newmarket.
All classes suitable for beginners with some fitness, no major illness or injuries (unless otherwise stated).

Private tuition
One to One yoga tuition can be highly beneficial for those:
- with injury or illness
- during pregnancy, perhaps adapting a regular practice
- developing a home yoga practice
- new to yoga seeking individual attention
Workshops and events
Events provide inspiration to start or deepen your practice, and connect with others on the yoga journey.
- 2 or 3 times a year we host workshops with Mark Bouckoms, an experienced Shadow Practitioner and teacher from Christchurch.
- Any New Zealand workshops with my teachers Shandor Remete and Emma Balnaves will also be listed here.

with Mark Bouckoms

Mark Bouckoms has been practising and imparting the skills of Yoga for over 30 years. He has studied with masters in India and China, including Natanaga Zhander (Shandor Remete), founder of Shadow Yoga & B. K. S. Iyengar.
Mark is recognised for his ability to understand the practitioner’s needs and unique requirements, working adeptly with students of all ages and abilities. Through his own interest in sport he has introduced Yoga to many of New Zealand’s top athletes and national teams.
He has co-taught Yoga teacher training programmes and meditation retreats in New Zealand and internationally.

- If you are new to yoga or Shadow Yoga, our Beginners class is a great place to start.
- For individual attention if timings don’t work for you, or you have any particular needs that may not be able to addressed in a group setting, private tuition may suit you.
